The man is late for the scan of his child because he was
buying a 99p Mcflurry. This is basically saying that you can be late for
anything if you are buying a Mc Donald’s and no one will mind. Mc Donald’s are
saying that they are worth being late for and not showing up. If you are late
they are saying that, that person will forgive you because it’s Mc Donald’s.
